A provider with a difference

More than just the basics

There’s plenty of experience behind Michael’s Support, with 11 years working in the disability sector and a strong understanding of what practical support can look like day to day.

But there’s also a lot of personality behind the business.

Support might mean working on everyday skills, getting more confident doing things independently or having help with the things that need to get done. It can also mean finding more opportunities to get involved, try something different and have a week that feels a bit fuller.

That mix is a big part of Michael’s Support. Practical when it needs to be, flexible when it can be, and always focused on the person rather than just the task in front of them.

Supporting your choices

Your life, your call

Some people want more confidence doing things on their own. Some want to get out more, meet people, learn something new or simply have more say over how their week looks.

Michael’s Support works with you to make those choices easier to act on.

That could mean building skills like cooking, shopping, managing money or using public transport. It could mean trying something new in the community, getting more comfortable in unfamiliar places or working towards doing more independently over time.

The important part is that the support makes sense for you, your goals and the way you want to live.

We are your go-to provider

Support you can feel good about

We take the way we work with people seriously, without taking ourselves too seriously. You can expect respect, honesty, empathy and a lot of laughs along the way.

We do what’s right

Ethics, decency and good old-fashioned respect matter here. We want participants and families to feel comfortable with the people they’re welcoming into their lives.

11 years of experience

There’s more than a decade of hands-on experience behind Michael’s Support, across everyday assistance, life skills and community participation.

Plenty of ideas

Footy, gigs, musicals, beach days, Apple classes, camping or an afternoon playing pool. We’re always happy to find something that gets you interested and involved.
